Job Description

Project Summary

The Disaster Relief Australia (DRA) Wellbeing Project, funded by Movember and The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, has proven that volunteering with DRA has significant mental health and wellbeing benefits for military veterans, particularly those facing challenges during or after transitioning from military service. Building on this success, the project's second stage focuses on integrating volunteering with DRA as a recognised wellbeing support service within the key stakeholder transition pathways.

This stage aims to identify the necessary processes, relationships, and resources to formalise DRA's role, address barriers to adoption, and aligning with the key stakeholder’s existing frameworks to support transitioning veterans.
